IOI Board of Directors - 12 men and women are selected for representation of the communities that we serve. The Board ensures fair and equal services to adults with disabilities and oversees the President of IOI. Quarterly meetings are held and intern reports are mailed to keep Board members informed.

Employees - Our strongest asset. IOI shares leadership by weekly meeting with all staff, daily production meetings with supervisors, monthly meeting with production employees, employee surveys, attendance to quarterly Board of Directors meetings is optional to the employee, a performance bonus based on goals set that reflect on our organizations success called "Organization Outcome Management".

Adults with Disabilities - The reason IOI exists. IOI strives to learn what an individual's interests and needs are and allow opportunity to meet those needs through on-going classes, outings, vocational training, etc. Annual satisfaction surveys help drive changes to meet a person's interest / requests and to improve our delivery of service.
