IOI Board of Directors - 12 men and women are selected for representation of the communities that we serve. The Board ensures fair and
equal services to adults with disabilities and oversees the President of IOI. Quarterly meetings are held and intern reports are mailed to
keep Board members informed.
Employees - Our strongest asset. IOI shares leadership by weekly meeting with all staff, daily production meetings with supervisors,
monthly meeting with production employees, employee surveys, attendance to quarterly Board of Directors meetings is optional to the employee,
a performance bonus based on goals set that reflect on our organizations success called "Organization Outcome Management".
Adults with Disabilities - The reason for our existence. Upon entry interests are sought to ensure service satisfaction, consumer
feedback is sought by surveys, weekly meetings are held, an open-door policy is in place between rehabilitation staff and clients to discuss
needs and issues, client options are exercised as to job placement, job duties, class involvement and community activities. They also benefit
from an annual bonus for "Organization Outcome Management" goals attained.
